What is Kindermusik?
Kindermusik is more than the world's number one music and movement class. Kindermusik is more than songs, giggles, dancing, instruments, and cuddles. Kindermusik is time set aside in your busy schedule to slow down, connect with your child, grow through music, and create something new for your family.
At Alma Music Studio there is a Kindermusik class for every child. Infants are busy building new neural pathways every day and the sensory-rich environment of a Kindermusik class supports important brain development. Toddlers are learning new skills at an astonishing rate and our curriculum focuses on their emerging language and movement skills. Preschoolers are ready for more independent learning and more advanced music skills while developing new social skills, coordination, and self control. Children with special needs thrive in Kindermusik and Renee is a Board Certified Music Therapist, uniquely equipped to create a positive musical experience for you and your child. Plus, your child will benefit from the special time spent with you!

You are your child's first and best teacher. Our classes are designed to spark interaction between child and caregiver and each class includes tips to help you continue the Kindermusik experience at home. A parent or caregiver participates in every baby and toddler class. Preschoolers have more independent time but parents are included in a portion of every class. Your participation also give you to opportunity to connect with families who are just like you, families who value children, music, and fun! These families are on the same path you are traveling. Whether you have a question about the best weekend outing or are cheering a baby's first steps, our community is with you along the way.
